How to use these web pages

There is a lot of information on these web pages and it can be hard to find what you want. The home page contains links to the most useful information and is shown schematically below

 The links along the top are those that you will access frequently.

Along the left are the links to information about the CA165 course. This won't change frequently, so after you have read it, you will probably only use it for reference.

 

 On the right are links to more general information, e.g. to the "Java Programming language", study hints, DCU services etc.

 The most important links are

  1. Overview page: This shows what the course will cover; it includes all lectures and lab materials. It contains the week's objectives.
  2. What's new: Changes to the web site will appear here, as well as any news related to the CA165 module.
  3. Frequently Asked Questions: This contains questions (with answers) that frequently arise.
  4. Discussion board: If you have questions or comments, then you can use the discussion board. You can use this to ask a question, and it should be answered quickly by a tutor or another student.
